Founder & Clinical Director Natalie founded Bright Tides ABA with a simple belief: that every child deserves meaningful, lasting support that helps them grow, thrive, and reach their full potential. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, she brings a deep passion for child development and a commitment to compassionate, individualized clinical support. Natalie earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology and Psychology from Millsaps College and went on to receive her Master of Arts in Psychology with a focus in Applied Behavior Analysis from McNeese State University. Her clinical training included intensive fieldwork in early intervention and advanced experience at the Kennedy Krieger Institute’s Neurobehavioral Unit, where she specialized in severe behavior interventions in an inpatient setting. Over the years, Natalie has worked across school, clinic, and in-home environments—but what she enjoys most is simply being with the kids and celebrating every milestone, big or small. Outside of the clinic, you will likely find Natalie enjoying the sunshine with her dog, Toby Gator.

Toby Gator may not have a degree, but he’s an essential part of the Bright Tides ABA team, supporting our behavior analysts and contributing to child development. As our unofficial (but highly effective) Office Assistant and Chief Happiness Officer, Toby brings joy, comfort, and a tail-wagging welcome to everyone who walks through our doors. Whether he is supervising from his favorite sunny spot, offering emotional support with a gentle nudge, or just making staff and kiddos smile, Toby plays a big role in creating the warm and friendly atmosphere we’re proud of at Bright Tides ABA. When he is off duty, Toby enjoys long walks, beach adventures, and cuddling up with his favorite humans, providing the clinical support that enhances our team's dynamic.
